Eero Teerikorpi, Chairman of the Board, founding partner at Blue White Venture. Prior, he was CEO of Continuent, President of Capslock, Inc, a mobile infrastructure company and CEO of Alcom Document Communication Corporation.

Robert Hodges, CEO, brings over 20 years of experience in database and application engineering management. Prior to Continuent, he worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Sybase, where he worked on a variety of RDBMS products. He also held senior engineering positions at Portera and Exigen group, where he managed and operated software-as-a-service applications. Robert is the original designer of Continuent's Tungsten solution.

Ari Siponmaa, Managing Partner at Aura Capital. Prior to Aura Capital, he has worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting, Siar Bossard and A.T. Kearney in various countries.
