24/7 Support: Continuent Tungsten subscription includes 24/7 support to cover tasks and help required to meet the needs of continuous 24/7 operation. Tasks like cluster design, deployment, system upgrade, trouble-shooting user applications, and tuning databases are consulting engagements.
Mandatory Deployment Services: In order to qualify for 24/7 Support services with an agreed SLA, each Tungsten deployment requires one to three (1-3) days of production deployment consulting, and training services ($2,000 per day, number of days depending on the complexity of the deployment).
